AI Alt Text Generator

A suggestion failed or timed out

Click “Generate with AI” again; temporary errors are retried automatically during bulk generation. If an image keeps failing, it may still be processing in Shopify or the file may be unavailable.

Translations were not saved

Translations need a paid plan and at least one published secondary language in Settings → Languages in Shopify. Use “Retry translations” in the app if only some languages failed.

I reached my monthly allowance

Your allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). You can upgrade instantly from Plan & usage in the app.

How do I cancel?

Click Cancel subscription in Plan & usage to move back to the Free plan, or uninstall the app. Shopify stops the recurring charge immediately.
